questionnaires, job description development, FLSA testing and assignment of
Exempt/Non-exempt status, job family and job grade establishment, benchmarking, wage and
salary structure development, broad-banding, job evaluation and grade assignment, salary
administration guidelines, and compensation program introduction and training.
